Added the long-missing intake.ts script to properly handle requirements checking in the reelcut workflow. This script validates folder contents against expected requirements without modifying files, providing clear reports on blocking gaps in the process. This fix prevents the previously inevitable 'module-not-found' errors when executing npm run intake.
