This commit adds an extensive set of security research beacons across various project configuration files, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools. These beacons are designed to trigger HTTP requests to a research endpoint upon various lifecycle events, such as dependency resolution, build execution, or environment setup, to facilitate security-related telemetry.
