Updated the layout metadata for Chatpate to include comprehensive favicon support across devices and refined Open Graph/Twitter card configuration. These changes improve brand presentation when links are shared and ensure the site meets modern web standards for mobile and desktop icons.

Added a new presence tracking system to the application to provide real-time listener counts. By integrating Upstash Redis, we now manage session IDs on the client-side and perform heartbeat-based tracking with automatic TTL-based pruning on the server. This provides a more accurate view of active users currently engaged with the platform.

This update introduces a complete visual overhaul for Chatpate, transforming it into a dedicated nostalgia radio interface with a custom music player and elegant design. Along with the new layout, I have integrated Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to monitor user engagement and application performance.
